All orders are freshly prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. During festive seasons or high-order periods, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Delivery Time
Delivery timelines vary based on location:

  • Local Delivery (within city limits): 1–2 days

  • Within Kerala: 2–4 days

  • Rest of India: 4–7 days

Please note: These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistics issues.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight and delivery location. The final amount will be displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email.

5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice. If the customer is unavailable or unreachable, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply.

6. Packaging & Product Safety
All bakery items are packaged securely to maintain freshness and prevent damage during transit. However, slight handling variations may occur during delivery.

7. Shipping Restrictions
Certain products such as cream cakes or items requiring refrigeration may be available only for local delivery to ensure quality.

8. Incorrect Address / Contact Details
Please ensure all delivery information is accurate. Orders returned due to incorrect address or contact details will require additional charges for re-delivery.

9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the package, and we will assist you promptly.
