Cancellations & Refunds

 

1. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order, provided they have not yet entered the preparation or dispatch stage.
Since our bakery items are made fresh, orders already processed, baked, or shipped cannot be canceled.

2. Non-Cancellable Items
The following items cannot be canceled once confirmed:

  • Custom cakes

  • Personalized orders

  • Same-day delivery items

  • Festive or bulk orders

3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, incorrect, or missing

  • There is a verified quality issue

  • The order was canceled within the allowed time frame

All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, along with photo or video proof.

4. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway.

5. No Returns for Perishable Goods
Since bakery products are perishable, returns are not accepted. Items once delivered cannot be taken back due to hygiene and safety reasons.

6. Replacement Policy
If eligible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund for damaged or incorrect items, based on product availability.
